Voltei no meu programa original, descobri que a criação do comportamento do banco de dados do aplicativo UWP é diferente ao executar no modo release para executar no modo debu
Ao executar no Modo de Liberação por meio do Projeto de Ponte CheckDatabaseCompatibility, não dispara o evento xaf DatabaseVersionMismatch. Ao executar no modo Release no projeto do console, ele executa. (Esse comportamento específico também ocorre para a edição do SQL Server Developer). Possivelmente, devo escrevê-lo como uma pergunta separada, mas menciono aqui aqui, caso esteja vinculado.
