Coloque um botão em PDF com o PDFBox 2.x

Espero que alguém possa me ajudar com o meu Problema com botões e campos de texto em um PDF criado com o PDFBox 2.

Eu tentei colocar um botão na minha página, que define uma data em um campo de texto com uma função Javascript. Isso funciona bem.

Tentei colocar o campo de texto e o botão em um documento com mais de uma página, para que o campo de texto e o botão apareçam em todas as páginas, mas dessa maneira, para que o botão na página grave a data apenas no campo de texto na página onde está o botão, cliquei em.

Daí em diante, recebo o Problema, de que o Botão na Página 1 reagiu ao Campo de Texto na Página 1, mas a Página 1 é a única Página em que o Botão reag

Em seguida, salvei 4 documentos com uma página cada, cada documento funcionou bem. Mas quando, no final, mesclei os 4 documentos para um com 4 páginas, recebi o mesmo problema que ante
