Este é o meu terceiro projeto python e recebi uma mensagem de erro:'module object' is not callable.

Eu sei que isso significa que estou fazendo referência a uma variável ou função incorretamente. Mas tentativa e erro não conseguiram me ajudar a resolver isso.

def get_url(url):

    req_headers = {
