Retrofit e RxJava: como combinar duas solicitações e obter acesso aos dois resultados?

Preciso fazer duas solicitações de serviços e combinar os resultados:

ServiceA () =>[{"id":1,"name":"title"},{"id":1,"name":"title"}]

ServiceB (id) =>{"field":"value","field1":"value"}

Atualmente, consegui combinar os resultados, mas preciso passarid como um parâmetro para oServiceB e tenha acesso ao primeiro resultado.

        combined.
