Estou tentando instalar o angular-cli via npm. Eu tenho a versão recente do Nodejs e git instalada. Não estou atrás de nenhum servidor proxy (verifiquei isso atravésnetsh winhttp show proxy bem como através das configurações de LAN do Internet Explorer) e não há problemas com minha conexão à Internet. Quando tento correr

npm install -g angular-cli então eu recebo o seguinte erro

Eu tentei limpar o cache atravésnpm cache clean e também tentou alterar o registro para http: \ via

npm config set registry http://registry.npmjs.org/

Também tentei desinstalar o nodejs e reinstalá-lo novamente, mas não está funcionando. Estou recebendo o mesmo erro. Alguma ideia.
