Estoy tratando de instalar angular-cli a través de npm. Tengo instalada la versión reciente de Nodejs y git. No estoy detrás de ningún servidor proxy (lo verifiqué a través denetsh winhttp show proxy así como a través de la configuración de LAN de Internet Explorer) y no hay ningún problema con mi conexión a Internet. Cuando trato de correr

npm install -g angular-cli entonces me sale el siguiente error

Traté de limpiar el caché a través denpm cache clean y también trató de cambiar el registro a http: \ via

npm config set registry http://registry.npmjs.org/

También intenté desinstalar nodejs y volver a instalarlo nuevamente, pero no funciona. Estoy teniendo el mismo error. Algunas ideas.
