Esta é uma aplicação spring (with spring security) + java + maven no eclipse. Encontro o seguinte erro ao enviar um formulário de inscrição. Veja o restante dos meus arquivos posteriormente:

Peço desculpas por colocar um monte de coisas. Eu já tentei uma solução para um problema semelhante a este, mas não deu certo. Qualquer dica seria muito apreciada. Desde já, obrigado!
