Eu estou desenvolvendo um aplicativo android cuja única característica é bloquear a orientação da tela para paisagem, eu quero aplicar essa mudança de orientação para todo o aplicativo android no telefone. Estou usando este código

Mas isso é uma mudança temporária, não tem efeito em todos os aplicativos, alguém sabe uma maneira de aplicar a orientação de bloqueio a todos os aplicativos? Obrigado
