linha de comando @My MSBuild é a seguinte:

O projeto se baseia na minha máquina de desenvolvimento no VS2010, mas não com o comando acima. Estou executando o Windows 7 de 64 bits. Estou recebendo um erro dizendo que não tenho o Silverlight 4 SDK instalado, mas tenho. Eu li algumas postagens que você precisa definir Platform = x86, mas sem sucesso. Aqui está a mensagem de erro na íntegra:
