Eu tenho um aplicativo onde captura um vídeo usando a câmera. Posso obter o caminho do arquivo do vídeo, mas preciso dele como um Uri.

O caminho do arquivo que estou recebendo:

/storage/emulated/0/DCIM/Camera/20141219_133139.mp4

O que eu preciso é assim:

content//media/external/video/media/18576.
