Eu já vi esse erro várias vezes. Cada vez que eu pesquiso profundamente no Google e finalmente me fazia reinstalar o Windows e todos os animais. Por favor, ajude, não quero reinstalar tudo novamente. O erro é:

Mas ontem depurei muito normalmente no Windows Phone usando o Emulador e tenho certeza
Ativei a virtualização no BIOS e também emLiga ou desliga características das janelas :

Às vezes, quando pressiono f5, o IDE vem com outro erro: 0x80131500

Meu PC: windows 8.1 ultimate 64b, 4gb ram, i3, Visual Studio 2013 RC3
