Acabei de instalar o VS 2013 Update 3 e agora recebo erros ao abrir uma solução:

The 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Web.Publish.WebPublishPackage,MircosoftVisualStudio.Web.Publish' 
package did not load correctly. 

E

o'ScaffoldungVSPackage' o pacote não foi carregado corretamente.

No log de atividades é mostrado os seguintes erros:

Reinstalando o VS2013

Reinstalando o WindowsAzureSDK V2.4

Desativando extensões
