Estou convertendo uma tabela em Pivot e depois em um arquivo CSV. Quero remover os subtotais da tabela dinâmica. Até agora: este é o meu progresso.

De acordo com o Excel 2013 Crunching de dados de tabela dinâmica; você pode ativar o primeiro subtotal, e esse método desativa automaticamente todos os outros subtotais, portanto: não está funcionando para mim:
