Estoy convirtiendo una tabla en Pivot y luego en un archivo CSV. Quiero eliminar los subtotales de la tabla dinámica. Hasta ahora: este es mi progreso.

Según Excel 2013 Pivot Table Data Crunching; puede activar el primer subtotal, y este método deshabilita automáticamente todos los otros subtotales, por lo tanto: no funciona para mí:
