Pedidos SOAP no .NET
Estamos tentando usar solicitações SOAP para interagir com uma API de reservas usando o Visual Studio C #.
Nós interagimos com um Web Service de outra API sem problemas, mas este está se mostrando problemático.
Nós adicionamos isso como uma referência de serviço e o Visual Studio gerou todas as classes para ele e entradas web.config para que tudo pareça bem.
No entanto, quando tentamos fazer uma solicitação simples para o serviço SOAP do cliente, obtemos o seguinte erro:
Namespace = 'com.hrs.soap.hrs' não é suportado com rpc \ literal SOAP. O elemento wrapper deve ser não qualificado.
O código é:

Instalamos o Fiddler e não há nenhuma solicitação XML que possamos ver, presumivelmente porque ele gera uma exceção antes que qualquer coisa seja enviada.
O que exatamente precisamos mudar em nossa configuração para que isso funcione?

Seguindo o excelente conselho da davidfmatheson, copiei o WSDL localmente e fiz as alterações como sugerido. Ainda estou recebendo o mesmo erro, embora possivelmente em um lugar diferente:

Eu também tentei definir explicitamente o SOAPBinding:
