Eu tenho um aplicativo Web ASP.NET MVC 5. Em cada arquivo de exibição .cshtml, recebo o seguinte erro paraViewbag: Um ou mais tipos necessários para compilar uma expressão dinâmica não podem ser encontrados. Está faltando uma referência?

Eu tenho referências ao Microsoft.CSharp.dll e System.Core.dll.

Posso criar a solução e o aplicativo Web funciona conforme o esperado, mas continuo recebendo esse erro no IDE e é muito irritante. Passei o dia inteiro tentando resolver esse problema. Alguém pode me dizer como consertar?

Às vezes, o erro não aparece, mas se eu fechar a solução e o Visual Studio reabrir a solução, o erro aparecerá novamente. Eu nem reconstruo nem faço mais nada.

Por que isso está acontecendo?
