Execute o servidor Web python como serviço do Windows

Eu tenho servidor e consolescripts que continua escutando na porta solicitações de console e servidor.

No ambiente UNIX, criei o script do servidor e do console como daemons em execução contínua, que os manterão atentos na porta.

Existe alguma maneira no Windows de mantê-los funcionando como daemon no UNIX? Também quero que eles iniciem a reinicialização (devem ser iniciados automaticamente na reinicialização)

Eu li sobre os serviços do Windows e segui o código escritoaqui, mas estou recebendo o erro 404 na minha página da web

Alguma pista sobre onde estou errado? Ou uma boa maneira de implementá-lo (pode ser sem usar o serviço).
