Codificação de caracteres não declarada no documento html
Eu tenho um arquivo que estou recebendo um erro muito estranho. O erro é:
The character encoding of the HTML document was not declared.
The document will render with garbled text in some browser configurations if
the document contains characters from outside the US-ASCII range.
The character encoding of the page must to be declared in the document or
in the transfer protocol.

Esta é uma cópia exata de um arquivo que não lança o erro (index.php) com a exceção de adicionar amazonPricingMWS.php e redirecionar para páginas com mws.php no título:
