Eu escrevi o seguinte código ViewController que origina dados da Internet e os exibe em uma tabela usando o framework AFNetworking.

Poderia, por favor, me dizer como mudar isso e separá-lo em modelo, visão e controlador. Eu também escrevi uma classe de atualização, que eu estou supondo que é uma parte do modelo. Você poderia me dizer exatamente como faço alterações e faço parte do modelo.

EDIT: As respostas abaixo me ajudam a entender o conceito teoricamente, poderia alguém por favor me ajude a mudar o código em conformidade (escrevendo uma nova classe sobre como chamar o array para esta classe e preencher a tabela porque eu estou usando um analisador json). Eu gostaria de implentá-lo. E não apenas entendê-lo teoricamente.
