Eu quero usar e-mails de envio via Outlook como descritoAqui. Ele funciona bem, desde que eu já tenha aberto o Outlook. Por exemplo, se o Outlook estiver minimizado e eu executar meu código, posso enviar um e-mail bem. Mas se o Outlook estiver fechado, eu recebo uma exceção:
