Quiero utilizar enviar correos electrónicos a través de Outlook como se describeaquí. Funciona bien siempre y cuando ya haya abierto Outlook. Por ejemplo, si Outlook está minimizado y ejecuto mi código, puedo enviar un correo electrónico muy bien. Pero si Outlook está cerrado, entonces obtengo una excepción:
