Eu tenho um procedimento armazenado que tem um parâmetro sem valor padrão, mas pode ser nulo. Mas não consigo descobrir como passar null com Dapper. Eu posso fazer isso muito bem no ADO.

Não posso deixar o RouteId desligado, me dá um erro que diz que é necessário. Não é possível usar o null regular ou me dá outro erro. Não é possível alterar o procedimento armazenado, ele não pertence a mim.
