Migrações automáticas para o ASP.NET SimpleMembershipProvider

Então eu tentei usar migrações automáticas com meu novo projeto MVC 4, mas de alguma forma não está funcionando. Euseguiu esta postagem no blog passo a passo.

Eu adicionei as alterações aoUserProfile modelo de conta (oNotaryCode campo):

Então eu escrevi no console do gerenciador de pacotesenable-migrations e uma classe Configuration apareceu (herda deDbMigrationsConfiguration<Web.Models.UsersContext>então eu preencho a classe como:

E então eu tentei correrupdate-database -verbose mas isso não funciona. Quer dizer, esta é a saída:

Eu sei que o objeto existe. Quer dizer, eu tento usar migrações automáticas para, precisamente, modificar e executar sem recriar manualmente o banco de dados. Mas de alguma forma isso não está funcionando.

Eu olho a documentação do MSDN e encontrei a propriedade:

AutomaticMigrationDataLossAllowed = true;

Mas defini-lo como verdadeiro não muda nada. Eu acho que estou perdendo alguma coisa, mas de alguma forma não encontra o que. Qualquer ideia?
