Escreva html em c #

Eu tenho código assim. Existe uma maneira de tornar mais fácil escrever e manter? Usando o C # .NET 3.5

    s.WriteLine("{0}", "");

-edit- eu não sabia então, mas eu poderia escrever

e vai funcionar, mas precisa substituir todos os "com" "
