Ok, después de actualizar macOS de High Sierra a Mojave, Apache con PHP dejó de funcionar correctamente, así que hice todo lo que se dice en esta guía:https: //getgrav.org/blog/macos-mojave-apache-multiple-php-version

pero después de eso, todavía apache no funciona correctamente, a veces funciona, a veces no, y dice en los navegadores ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED u otros errores como 404 o 500.
