¿Cómo calcular AUC con tensorflow?

He construido un clasificador binario usando Tensorflow y ahora me gustaría evaluar el clasificador usando AUC y precisión.

En cuanto a la precisión, puedo hacer fácilmente esto:

X = tf.placeholder('float', [None, n_input])
y = tf.placeholder('float', [None, n_classes])
pred = mlp(X, weights, biases, dropout_keep_prob)
correct_prediction = tf.equal(tf.argmax(pred, 1), tf.argmax(y, 1))
accuracy = tf.reduce_mean(tf.cast(correct_prediction, "float"))

Cuando calculo AUC utilizo lo siguiente:

b = tf.cast(tf.argmax(y,1),tf.float32)

y en el ciclo de entrenamiento:

No entiendo lo que estoy haciendo mal y por qué cuando uso la precisión solo el código funciona bien, pero cuando uso AUC arroja este error. ¿Podría por favor darme una pista en la dirección correcta para entender cómo solucionar esto?

Mi objetivo es calcular AUC y ROC para evaluar mejor el rendimiento del clasificador binario.
