Estoy trabajando en Visual Studio 2012 Express Edition. He añadido un archivo XML de App.config de la siguiente manera:

<configuration>
</configuration>

Lo primero que sucede es que aparece una advertencia que dice "El elemento de 'configuración' no está declarado". ¿Alguien sabe por qué ocurre esto? Parece que los elementos no se pueden declarar dentro hasta que esto se resuelva.
