Crear video usando ffmpeg

Tengo 100 imágenes (PNG) y quiero crear un video usando estas imágenes. Estoy usando la biblioteca ffmpeg para esto. Usando la línea de comando puedo crear videos fácilmente. Pero, ¿cómo lo hago a través de la codificación?

Cualquier ayuda será apreciada.

Al buscar cada vez que obtengo un código similar a este, pero no entiendo bien usarlo para crear videos a partir de imágenes.
