Encuentra el punto más cercano en el polígono a la ubicación del usuario

Tengo una aplicación que encuentra la distancia más corta entre mi usuario y un polígono.

Quiero convertir el polígono a Geofence para verificar la distancia entre el usuario y el área para brindarle información más precisa.

¿Cómo puedo hacer eso?
