Cómo generar documentación usando swashbuckle para WebApi 2 con Owin

He creado un proyecto WebApi usandoEste artículo.

Las cosas funcionan bien. Pero ahora mi cliente quiere ver la documentación usando Swagger. Traté de hacer la configuración pero las cosas no funcionan. no obtener la lista de controladores y su acción.
