Cómo mostrar la barra de progreso mientras se carga con porcentaje

Estoy cargando video y foto. Y está funcionando bien. Ahora quiero mostrar la barra de progreso mientras cargo datos con porcentaje. Tomé referencia de Android Hive y se implementó enhttpclient y lo modifiqué en consecuenciahttpurlconnectionCualquier ayuda será apreciada. Gracias.
