Tengo NVM 0.30.1 y lo usé para instalar node.js v5.4.0 (con NPM 3.5.4) en Fedora 22. Cuando ejecutonpm update -g, Recibo las siguientes advertencias:

Y después de eso, cuando ejecuto npm me sale este error:
