¿Qué dosis significa el error?

Este código funciona en mi archivo de prueba.

Pero cuando uso la función en mi aplicación Express obtengo el error.

Entonces, la pregunta que tengo es ¿qué dosis significa el error? ¿Y cómo funciona la dosis en mi prueba y no en mi aplicación?
