Heroku aplicación falla con el código 255

Newbie a Heroku aquí.

He pasado por los movimientos descritos aquí:

Y me las arreglé para configurar una aplicación Play simple en Heroku. A continuación, he intentado cargar mi aplicación principal que he estado desarrollando en mi propia estación, siguiendo los mismos pasos que antes. La carga y la compilación funcionaron, sin embargo, la aplicación sigue fallando con el código 255. Aquí están los registros:

No tengo idea de por dónde empezar a investigar aquí. La aplicación principal es bastante grande, tiene algunas dependencias adicionales y utiliza una base de datos. Cualquier ayuda es apreciada.

EDIT1: Ok, así que eliminé RUNNING_PID de mi repositorio git (eliminarlo de heroku realmente no funciona:https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/ssh-access). También actualicé mi procfile a:

EDIT2: Ok, he descubierto cómo solucionar el problema con las evoluciones. Simplemente agregue applyEvolutions.default = true a application.conf y las evoluciones se aplicarán automáticamente. Debe tener cuidado con esto, ya que puede destruir sus datos si tiene destructores configurados en sus evoluciones.
