Hadoop - Excepción en el hilo "principal" java.lang.NullPointerException

Estoy tratando de usar Apache Hadoop para la plataforma de Windows a través de este tutorial:http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/757934/Apache-Hadoop-for-Windows-Platform?fid=1858035, la parte del eclipse. Esto sucede solo cuando intento ejecutarlo a través de Eclipse. A través de CMD todo salió bien:
