Dapper: asignación de columnas dinámicas dinámicas del procedimiento almacenado

Mi procedimiento almacenado está devolviendo columnas dinámicas dinámicas según estén disponibles. Estoy usando SQLMapper y COlumnTypeAttribute, pero en los resultados solo puedo ver la primera columna y su valor, pero las columnas dinámicas dinámicas y sus valores están vacíos.

La primera columna es fija, el resto de las columnas son columnas dinámicas.
