Intento instalar postgreSql en miservidor de agua

Entonces sigo algunostutorial y alguna otra ...

Pero cuando accedo alocalhost/phppgadmin/, se produce un error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /phppgadmin/ on this server.

Aunque activé php_pgsql y php_pdo_pgsql en extensiones PHP ...

Mi phppgadmin.conf:
