NPM install -g no funciona después de instalar Titanium
He instalado Titanium en mi Mac y ahora, cuando intento instalar globalmente cualquier paquete npm, falla.
La salida de mi instalación es

Cuando luego hago que grunt-init, no se devuelve nada. ¿Parece que algo que forma parte de Titanium está interfiriendo con mi instalación de -g npm?
Esto solo comenzó a suceder desde que instalé Titanium. Puedo hacerlo funcionar si instalo manualmente grunt-init en el directorio npm, pero esto literalmente me ha quitado la mejor característica.
