No se puede descargar msnodesql-0.2.1-v0.10-x64.msi
No puedo hacer que msnodesql se instale.
Originalmente lo intenté
npm install node-sqlserver
... y esto advierte que ha sido reemplazado por msnodesql.
Instalé con éxito Node.js, iisnode y veo cómo se sirve el ejemplo Hello.js (yayee, maravilloso), por lo que al menos node y iisnode están funcionando.
Instalé los prereq's:
Node.js - use the latest version if possible, but it has been tested on node 0.6.10 and later
node-gyp - latest version installed globally (npm install -g node-gyp)
python 2.7.x - for node-gyp (make sure it is in the path)
Visual C++ 2010 - the Express edition is freely available from Microsoft
SQL Server Native Client 11.0 - available as Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client found in the SQL Server 2012 Feature Pack
... y cuando corro esto, me sale:

Registré C ++ con una clave de licencia, así que, ¿puede alguien decirme lo que me estoy perdiendo aquí?
Disculpe la pregunta de noob aquí, pero tengo que preguntar, ¿cómo "verifico el paquete para dependencias adicionales"? ¿A qué se refiere eso exactamente?
