La dll de carga de PowerShell obtuvo un error: Agregar tipo: no se pudo cargar el archivo o el ensamblaje 'WebDriver.dll' o una de sus dependencias. La operación no es compatible

Quiero usarPowerShell conselenium y descargar selenio desdehttp://www.java2s.com/Code/Jar/s/Downloadseleniumremotedriver2350jar.htm . Cuando intento cargar una de las dlls, tengo errores. Espero que alguien me pueda ayudar con eso.
