Cuando intento instalar el PyQt5 en Windows usando el comando

python configure.py

Me sale este error:

Error: Make sure you have a working Qt qmake on your PATH.

Tengo el pyQt5 deDescargar PyQt5.

¿Cómo puedo instalar PyQt5?

lo instaléQt 5.0.2 for Windows 64-bit (VS 2012, 500 MB) desde elPágina de descarga de Qt y ahora tengo este error:
