Temporizador de cuenta regresiva en formato HH: MM: SS en Android

Estoy tratando de desarrollar un temporizador de cuenta regresiva en Android. En este ejemplo, estoy ingresando una cantidad de minutos como un parámetro que se muestra en un temporizador de cuenta regresiva.

El problema es que cuando estoy ingresando minutos, por ejemplo 65, el contador será 65:00. Me gustaría que el contador muestre 1:05:00, es decir, en formato HH: MM: SS.
