Hibernate + SQLite no crea base de datos

Aquí está mi problema:

Tengo una aplicación de escritorio que utiliza JavaFX + Hibernate + SQLite. Este es mi modelo:

Cuando ejecuto mi aplicación, todo va bien pero el archivo de base de datos no se crea, lo que significa que mi tabla tampoco se crea.

He estado luchando con esto durante las últimas 3 horas y no puedo encontrar ninguna solución para ello.
