Tengo una llamada de servicio web que se llama cada 10 segundos y debo actualizar un TextView con la respuesta del servicio web (o al menos mostrar un mensaje de brindis cada 10 segundos)

Pero la interfaz de usuario no se actualiza en absoluto.
