toolbar erscheint nicht in Pre-Lollipop-Geräten

toolbar erscheint nicht in Pre-Lollipop-Geräten

Toolbar wird auf Geräten vor Lollipop nicht angezeigt. Ich verwende Schubladenlayout mit Symbolleiste. Die gleiche Symbolleiste funktioniert auch für andere Aktivitäten, jedoch nicht zusammen mit dem Schubladenlayout.
