Nicht erfasster Referenzfehler: Google ist nicht als Google Charts definiert

Ich versuche, Google Charts in eine Android-Anwendung zu laden. Aber es löst einen Fehler aus, dass Google nicht definiert ist. Unten ist meine HTML-Datei und JavaScript-Datei.

Hier löst google.visualization.arrayToDataTable (temp) diesen Fehler aus. Irgendeine Idee dazu? wie man es löst Ich habe auch versucht, google.Visulization in der .js-Datei zu belassen. Aber es funktioniert auch nicht. Wenn ich denselben Code über den Browser ausführe, funktioniert er einwandfrei. Ist es ein Problem mit Android?
