Возникли проблемы с PHPMailer

Есть много подобных вопросов, но ни один из них не помог мне.

Вот'Мой скрипт, который представлен в phpmailer exmaples:

SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection timed out (110) 
SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.  

во многих вопросах было упомянуто, чтобыphp_openssl extenstion который включен на моем сервере. Я'используя PHPmailer версии 5.1

также там'Нет проблем с моим портом сервера 25 и простоmail() функция работает нормально
