Я смотрел на вопросы здесь, которые, кажется, связаны, и они упомянули, что проблема, возможно, связана сcordova-whitelist-plugin и что добавлениеContent-Security-Policy мета-директива в моем html может помочь, но я не могу понять, как это сделать.
