changed the make.osx file so that it will work in Python 3: import urllib -> import urllib.request urllib.urlretrieve() -> urllib.request.urlretrieve()

Даже после этого у меня все еще была проблема с поиском заголовков freetype2. Я погуглил и обнаружил, что могу решить эту проблему, отредактировав строку вsetupext.py:
