Как получить растровое изображение (кадры) из видео с помощью MediaCodec

Я пытаюсь получить все кадры из видео файла с помощью MediaCodec. Если я пытаюсь отобразить видео на SurfaceView, все в порядке. Но если поверхность пуста, и когда я пытаюсь получить Bitmap из байтового массива, alwaus получает пустое значение или исключение времени выполнения.

Это мой код:
